It's in the Magma/Aqua headquarters in Lilycove City.

However, beyond a certain point in time in the game (I think it's after Kyogre has been defeated and Team Aqua has disbanded), the headquarters will be sealed, and you won't be able to go back again. And since you have beaten the Elites... =/

Thanks for that. i feel so disapointed and embarassed :cry: :oops: Good thing i can clock the game in 7 - 8 hours. and i know how to do everything. but thanks anyway :)

I have another question. How do you make those pokemon trainer cards? I like them, they're cool. 8-)
