I always breed my red gyrados to get a golden magicarp, it just tickles me!
I found a shiny raticate once and caught it, though few people believed it was shiny as its fur was only slightly oranger.
And the first time I played Crystal, I got a shiny igglybuff from the daycare people...

I got the Gyarados (BIG surprise I got it) then I was at the Tohjo Falls and met an shiny Slowpoke and caught it and next time I played my save was mysteriously erased (I hate little kids) and when I finally found a Pokemon Silver and bought it and begunplaying I started with a shiny Totodile. Then I noticed that the game's battery was empty and I couldn't save so I don't own any shienies xpect that red gyarados.

ha baron i hate it none of my old johto games save anymore. I had a shiny Espeon which if i wouldve had know, I wouldve eveolved into umbreon because he is sweet

I only found 1 in this generation. It was a shiny Nidoran Male, and I ran into it north of the city with the gamecorner. I was dumb and went to the elite four and raised it, then turned it off.... :frustrated:

I have the Gyrados, I have a shiny Sudowoodo, and I have a shiny Kadabra. :3

Also, I just caught a shiny Graveler in Victory Road last night.

In Crystal I have the red Gyarados.

And in my brother's Ruby I caught a shiny Ralts and I traded my Shiny Gastly from my LeafGreen to his Ruby too. I then brreded the two to get a ralts with W-O-W... And when the Egg hatced a SHINY RALTS came out!

I've never found any, but my friend Kimani caught shiny Tangela on his Crystal version. Unfortunately, it went through the washing machine soon after, and was lost forever.

The shinies I've encountered in GSC were a shiny Nidoran [B], also, by pure luck, I hatched a shiny Smoochum from that egg you recieve at the day care.

The ones I have caught in FRLG are a shiny Rattata, shiny Fearow, shiny Nidorina [Safari Zone, it got away...]and during a Mystery Gift, a shiny Mew. [NO LIE.]

You can't get a legit shiny mew, if you mean by TRU. Even if it was some other way, I'm pretty sure they can't be shiny.

In Crystal, besides the Red Gyrados, I say a blue Swinub; Which was ironic, because I had failed to capture the Gyarados, and had also failed to save before the attempt.

In Fire Red, I found a Shiny Oddish while looking for Raikou.
And, in Ruby, I chanced upon a Poochyena not to far into the game. Too bad it didn't have the right nature,
or I would've used it. :cry:

Other than that, just the ol' Gyrados. And, I wish I could get a Shiny Spiritomb (No DS!) but no.

In Silver, I got a shiny Unown at Ruins of Alph, and a couple of months ago I got a shiny Mareep.
I think I had a shiny Ratatta before, too.

When I was a little kid, I got a shiny Scyther and didn't even realize it until I traded it to my cousin, it evolved, and used it in Pokemon Stadium 2
...
He never traded it back...

I remeber finding a shiny Natu and Bellsprout in Gold. My favorite was Natu until it evolved and became greenish

I have a Red Gyarados, if that counts, and have seen a sentret (didn't catch :( ), caught Plusle, Duskull, Zubat, Chikorita (as my starter after complete RSE pokedex) and Typhlosion (mhm).

1. Gengar
2. Noctowl
3. Jumpluff
4. Kingdra
5. Houndoom
6. Hypno
7. Red Gyarados
8. Heracross (took me a really long time)
9. Ho-Oh (somehow got it shiny when i first attacked it :D )

I Got the EXTREMELY hard to get red gyardos. I didn't know shinys existed until my friend showed me his cyndaquil and then we looked it up and i got a shiny one =D.

My brother had a shiny Onix on Crystal.

I have a shiny Gastrodon and got a shiny Shellder through GTS.

Though I belive the Shellder was hacked (It said it was caught on Route 201 although Shellders don't appear there)

Other than red {gyarados} and shiny {elekid} which hatched from Odd Egg in Crystal,
I once encountered a shiny {sandshrew} in Union Cave (Cystal) :D
However, I didn't catch it because SO BAD that the current PC box is full and I forgot to switch box... :frustrated:

In Crystal the only shinies I had seen were the Gyarados and a Caterpie that I didn't know was shiny until maybe a year or two later.

Excluding Gyarados, I found a shiny Graveler (who proceded to self-destruct immediately) and Rattata, and caught a shiny Ponyta.

Red Gyrados (duh) and a Dratini that evolved ito a dragonair(bred using red gyrados to help get a shiny).
