Flawed...On the Male/Female menu Male is always at the top. It shows the Female being on top.

It could be on the part where it says "Are you a girl?" but other than that they look sooooooooooooooooooooo fake.

In the third pic in the box the options are yes and no, and it's asking "are you a girl"

Also in the second pic, the translation in the text box would be

Nanakamado:"Please Go!" or something to do with telling you to go.

Funny thing is, Nanakamado is the prof's name... and that means Rowan (or is Rowan [the nanakamado tree is the rowan tree in English, that's right rowan is still a type of tree if you didn't know]...lol

It makes no sense to me why Prof Rowan would be shown, it must be a fake.


and to me the pokeballs look defalted..

:) Hey guys, sorry i haven't been around lately to run this forum, i've been really busy lately. By the way anyone who's reading this go to http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/webform.jsp to speak your mind and tell nintendo what you want. Post this link other places too so more people do it. If enough people do it they'll consider it I bet. Also in this forum feel free to speak of what you want in the next jhoto remake (if there is one). Hawk out!

wait, so i think that if nintendo had released graphics for "Jhoto" on the ds, don't you think we would have heard that they were creating the game? By the way, has anyone actuallly gotten an email back from nintendo?

Yeah a johto remake would be awesome, they really should do it.

Re: Typhlosion Blaze: I'm guessing your a Nintedo.com member. If not that may be why you havent gotten a reply but thats just the way things seem on a lot of other sites but it might not be that way on nintendo.

I sent an email to Nintendo about this subject. This is what I wrote:

Dear Nintendo,
I know that you have probably gotten alot of feedback on this already, but I'm going to give you more anyway! Please make a remake of Pokemon Gold/Silver for the Nintendo DS Lite! Everyone wants a remake of it that is a Pokemon fan. You all stand to make a lot of money off of it if you do make it. Why pass up such a chance??? Please consider making it!!

And guess what? I got an email back!! This is what they wrote:

While there hasn't been an announcement concerning a remake of Pokemon Gold or Pokemon Silver, you never know what the future holds! Yeah thats what my reply seemed like also. Idk about how to become a member anymore i have had my acct since GBA SP came out and I noticed how much the site changed recently. I couldn't even figure out were to login for like an hour. lol. If i find out the page for nintendo membership i'll post it for here for everyone.

I wish they would, but I don't think they will make a remake of GSC. Except for the ability to travel to Johto/Kanto on your DS, all of the Johto Pokémon are available thru the GBA games. If they make a remake or some other main series game, I think it will be after the DP companion.

I would think that an "omnibus" version would be fun, however, what purpose would the other regions serve? Remember, in GSC, Kanto was only there for the gyms, and not really for anything else.

Of course, looking at the possibilities that are accessible through the Advanced Generation, all 493 being available in PD is quite a deal. I would hate to be out of the loop for Nintendo Events! (But I already am... :cry: ) I think that it would be nice to have a remake for GSC, but I don't see it in the cards... and noting what Nintendo's already done.

As for dispelling other rumors:

- Crystal remake? No! After all, remember that FRLG only had two games for the three. And it wouldn't make sense, if they would do a remake, to go against "pattern".
- Omnibus version? Probably not. Seeing as what we already have, and how the next generation of games will have the same compatibility, there's not really too much of a point.

Enough of that. And while Pal Park is very nice, I'd like to mention (wrong forum, I know) that it stinks because you have to have the Pokes prior to transferring!

I'm not sure if this has already been stated, but then again I don't feel like reading through 5 pages of posts.

A number of things point to Nintendo making a remake for Gold and Silver. First and foremost, through hacking, people have discovered a bit of data that allows Diamond and Pearl to trade with Johto-based games. (aka Gold and Silver <.<) Next, there are a variety of hints throughout Diamond and Pearl, such as the Red Gyrados in the start of the game, Jasmine being in Sunnyshore, the SecretPotion, and some other similarities. (All can be found at the link at the bottom) Finally, I believe it was at the end of the last Coro Coro magazine, it listed a new Pokemon game in 2008 (Not a spin-off) as a question mark. Who knows?

However, unlike the case in FR/LG, all 493 (Exclude Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus if you must) pokemon are available throughout the 3rd gen games and D/P. All the "evidence" could just be a plan to make the sequels that was scrapped.

And as a last note, it has been said that Nintendo has trademarked the names DawnSilver and DuskGold, though it has not been confirmed.
