i scimmed over the dungeons guide and i still cant find where to get an eevee (cept as a starter) need of help here ty |

Did you check here? - http://www.psypokes.com/dungeon/dungeonlist.php And then select Joyous Tower on the bottom left, Eevee is found in Joyous Tower floors 12-17 if i'm not mistaken. |
