I've been having troubles with my Gallade lately ever since i entered into the battle tower... its lack of speed has been killing me in clutch and i'm also wondering if its attack is as high as it could have been. so i'm wondering what i did wrong in training it. I tried to ev train it with the Power Bracer to max out the Attack and the Power Anket to max out the speed... these are its stats and movesets... can someone tell me where i went wrong please...
Gallade Lv 100
Lonely Nature +ATK, -DEF
ATK - 370 Leaf Blade
DEF - 123 Night Slash
SP. ATK - 136 Brick Break
SP. DEF - 247 Psycho Cut
SPEED - 253

I like Gallade but it isn't a fantastic Pokemon.
Your set isn't bad, but I would consider using Stone Edge over Leaf Blade and make it hold a Choice Scarf.
Or, you could ditch Brick Break for Stone Edge instead and give it Scope Lens to boost Critical Hits.
The problem with Gallade is that anything it can do, other Pokemon can do better. Heracross makes a better fighting-type Choice Scarf user, and Blaziken makes a better Critical Hit abuser.

I have hasty, and it works well for me. Your have no supporting moves in there btw, give him swords dance for the event that you get a free turn. Also btw, Choice band=no, his only stabs can be resisted by ghosts or darks (or both, spirtomb).
Edit: Keep brick break, you need that stab.

Gallade@Leftovers/Salac
Adamant
EV/ 232 HP/ 204 Att/ 52 Spdef/ 20 Spd
-Close Combat
-Psycho Cut/Night Slash
-Swords Dance
-Hypnosis
Hypnotize any threat, then Swords Dance on the switch. Then either Close Combat or Psycho Cut/Night Slash depended on what comes out.

You didnt do anything majorly wrong it is just that is a weak pokemon that is overrated and overused. If you like it though you should breed until the stats are above normal and retrain with a good moveset like the previous to become really familiar with

I have a Gallade too, with the same exact moveset as well. Now I'm starting to get worried that he might turn out the same way.

Use either Blaziken or Heracross. But if you are set on this...
Gallade-Adamant@Choice scarf
252 Attack 252 Hp 6 Speed
Psycho Cut
Brick break/Close combat
Stone edge/Leaf blade
Night slash
Choice scarf.

You guys sicken me. This topic is about helping someone raise a pokemon, not to say your hated for that pokemon. If you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all. Respect the fact that you might dislike that Pokemon, but there are people that do like it. Personally I feel that Gallade is a much better Psychic/Fighting type than Medicham and Meditite. This person wants to use it so give him some usefull info.
Now back on topic. You just got to wing it when raising a pokemon. You should just start over and get a male ralts with an adament nature. You will not be needing special attack power for this one. As for attacks, Psycho Cut is a must, and also give it at least one fighting attack. Sword Dance could be kept in mind. I would not go with Close Combat, its denfenses are not all that great to hold that attack. Other than that work it out.

i think you should try adding more physical attacks, which could give you an edge with gallades attack being so high.
i have a tyranitar and i can OHKO alot of pokemon with crunch (level 78)

I have one that's kinda strange but it useful...
check it out
@Liechi B.
Relaxed
EV:Hp:252 Att:168 Def:90
0 Iv in Speed
3 of these:
-Close Combat/Night Slash/Stone Edge/Earthquake/Leaf Blade/
Psycho Cut/Thunder wave/Brick Break/Drain Punch/X-Scissor/
Thunderpunch/Ice Punch/Fire Punch/Focus Punch...or whatever you like
-Trick Room
First you use trick room,
[unless the foe use something like Snorlax or Dusknoir...]
Maybe you can be slower enough for overspeed many things...
if you take a big hit... you can pray for your
relaxed nature and def evs to hold up and actvate your Liechi B.
Then Sweep away...
Btw Rocks!

^Close Combat > Cross Chop.
Defense is not needed on a sweeper/attacker. Their job is to go in and kill things.
A Gallade with max attack (even if you have like a 0 IV in attack) and Close Combat is a guaranteed OHKO on Blissey.
As was stated, Gallade works as a Choice Scarfer and potential critical hitter. It has substantial attack power and only two weaknesses. It also has decent special defense, which somewhat redeems it.
Seriously, guys, if you're going to come into a topic and bash a pokemon when it really wasn't even a pertinent comment, at least do us all a favor and give reasons WHY. Gallade may not be OU (contrary to what GarchompGuy thinks) and is in fact BL, but that doesn't mean it sucks.

I have a Gallade as the general Pokemon catcher - Thunder Wave --> Swords Dance --> False Swipe --> Throw Poke Ball. He has Psycho Cut as a filler move. I've never used Gallade in competitive battling though.

If you want a chance with Gallade, you should rebreed it to get one with a better nature.
You lose Defense, which is bad any way you look at it.
Mine's Jolly, but I didn't EV train it. I evolved it without thinking.
