Post subject:  dog hunting(info needed)
hey. just 1dering if any of you have a special lil way of catching one of the dogs. (like in emerald w/ the acro bike and jumping in place thing by the bike route) also need the route you used and what u kept doing to change the dogs position.

greatly appreciated!

just switch routes - the dog should jump 1 route, and keep doing that until you get lucky and you both are on the same route. Then use a Repel with a lv50 or under pokemon to find the dog. Catch it with a Mean Looker or with a Master Ball.

^ you cant catch it w/ a mean look. none of the arena trappers or shadow taggers learn block or mean look. first place, there is nowhere special, but a lot of people route 1 and between nugget bridge and cerulean cave is a good spot. once you see it once, just go to any grassy area, save check the dex. if its not in your route, turn off the game and back on, check the dex again, keep doing this until its in your route, amd then just run around UNTILL you see him, its not always the first one you see. :P
