Hey everyone. I don't know about other peeps, but I'm pretty tired of wanting to check IVs and having no-one availible to do a quick check in a level 100 battle on Wifi. So, I started this thread in the hopes that people in the same situation can find someone fast to check IVs with.

this could be useful. There is a Battle Request thread already in the Battle Tower section, but a separate thread for IV Battle requests there could be a good idea...but you should PM one of the mods about it.

It's not perfect, you can't really tell IVs in a just hatched poke, but it saves time wasted by setting up a battle.

which is the point of an IV battle, as it raises the pokemon to lv100. At low levels, you can't get accurately calculate what the IVs are. If you record the lv100 stats, then the IV calculator will get the exact IVs.

exactly! i had a battle with living arrow before. it enabled me to work out the IVs of my timid manaphy alright, 31 in defense and special attack, 20's in everything else except...... attack!! which is like 5 or 6. man thats a good pokemon - im definitely gonna be training that one
