I looked all through the main site but i cant find out how to get the guy to move so i can get into the dotted hole. I know how to get in if the guy wasnt there, but i cant get the guy to move. Please help.

Well first of all, complete the quest on Four Island, and then the guy will move over. Bring a Pokemon with Cut, as you'll need that to open the door. After that, you can proceed to the Rocket Warehouse on Five Island (with really tough Pokemon). - DNA |

You have to help Lorelei fight off the Rocket members in Icefall Cave. That's the quest on Four Island. |
