Earlier, when I was going through western cave, I got to mewtwo, and, I DIDN'T RECRUIT IT, on a guide it said it has a base 99.9% chance of being recruited, since my pokemon adds atleast 0.1% percent to the percentage, why didn't I catch it? |

If I'm not wrong, you can only recruit Mewtwo the second time you fight it. |

Huh? It didn't say that in the guide. Oh well, guess i'll have to go all the way through western cave again, if anyone rescues me from wish cave. |
