Does anyone know how and why eevees evolve diffrently?

Eevee can evolve in 5 different ways! Stone Eeveelutions Fire Stone = Flareon (Fire) Water Stone = Vaporeon (Water) Thunder Stone = Jolteon (Electric) Max up out Happiness Nighttime = Umbreon (Dark) Day = Espeon (Psychic) Hypnose - It actually tells you all this on Psypoke -Scizorslash |

I believe you missed the point of this question. He asked what causes Eevee to evolve differently, whereas most Pokemon evolve into one thing. I believe it's due to Eevee's nature to instantly adapt to it's surroundings. An Eevee that lives near the water will become a Vaporeon, whereas one that lives in an area of intense heat will evolve into a Flareon. And don't say "No, a Water Stone makes a Vaporeon and a Fire Stone makes a Flareon," because I believe a Pokemon will eventually evolve naturally and the stones only speed up the process. |

It's an interesting theory. I was kind of expecting that in the next generation (Rubby/Saphire/Emerald) more evolutions would be included (with Leaf and Moon stone maybe) I've always wondered... What would be the best moveset for an Eevee. I mean, let's say you don't wanna evolve it, or you have, but you wanna use the non-evolved form. What would be nice? |

Eevees get mutated by different stones and the sunlight shines on eevee and if its happy the light transforms its and with umbreon the same happens but with moonlight. |

Eevee evulotion in 5 tipe: Fire, thunder, water (use Stone), dark (evulotion in night), moon (may be use Moon stone, I dont's remember) |

Eevee has a special DNA code (like ditto) that allows it to evolve five diffrent ways. |
