I would like to know an effective way to catch the 3 Regi's.

At the moment, my party consists of:

a lvl 50 , with false swipe
a 93
a lvl 38 with fly
a lvl 19
a lvl 25 with sleep powder (may use a lvl 63 instead)
and a lvl 31 with thunder wave

i have all the caves unlocked, i just need a way that will pwn them to red hp.

stocked up on balls, so no worry there.

i have a lvl 100 breloom w/spore false swipe and mega drain

I USED MY LEVEL 64 ZANGOOSE AND DID THE SAME THING TO ALL REGIS. GOT THEM TO RED WITH MY ZANGOOSES CRUSH CLAW AND THEN PUT HIM TO SLEEP WITH RELICANTH. TRY IT . ITS SIMPLE. I CANT WAIT TO MIGRATE MY REGIS TO DIMOND TO CATHCH THE FINAL REGIGIGAS. IT SHOULD GET INTERESTING FROM THERE

was there any need for CAPS FOR THE WHOLE THING? , *ahem*. from what i see the regigigas will be awesome! and it'll need some awesome stratygy for it to be awesome.

i just used kyogre/groudon and used there weak attacks and chucked ultra balls at them

Put each of the Regis to sleep, then bring in and start using False Swipe. Once it's in the red (this may take a while with and - if they wake up, just bring in again and put them back to sleep), then send out to paralyse it as soon as it wakes up, and throw Ultra Balls until you catch it. (Timer Balls are more effective after 20 turns, though, so if the battle takes a long time, you should use those.)

Remember to SAVE BEFORE THE BATTLE BEGINS so that if it knocks itself out with Struggle, you get a second chance

id lvl up to 70 and use sleep and falseswipe

You'll need to be persistent; the Regis put up one heck of a fight.
What I did is pack a lvl 60 or so Sceptile, then hit them first with Absorb, then False Swipe if necessary. I've found that Regis are harder to catch if they have just 1 HP rather than 10 or so. The point of Absorb is that the move will be strong, but not strong to kill them. Gives you an easy jumpstart.
They'll keep knocking you back with strong moves so be prepared to switch out.
And as Regi-One said, Relicanth's Yawn is also a good strategy, and unless they use Superpower on him, Relicanth is likely to survive a while.

i used on and i used on but i found registeel a little harded to catch with an ultra ball than the others so i used a timer ball

it's hard for me to catch them.....when i put them to sleep and they're all in low red HP and I throw an ultraball at them and the break out all the time. I bought 20 ultraballs and threw all of them at and it kept on breaking free. What's the deal with that? After all that stuff i knew then i won't be able to catch so i gave up, lol

well even in the red zone and being put to sleep, you only have a 6% chance of catching any of the regis
