ok so i have been at the valley windworks for like an hour trying to get a mareep with the poke radar thing and i havent found one. so i was wondering if anyone has found one and could help me with it.

Do you have the National PokéDex? I don't remember if you get the radar at the same time you get the dex upgrade or not.
If you do, keep trying. I'm pretty sure you do get it after you get your Dex upgraded.
Bring a Pokemon with the ability Static, use the Pokeradar, and go after the quick-shaking grass patches (the ones that rustle more vigorously and have different colored ends). _________________ GREAT FLAMING EYEBROWS |

Remember that 12% means you'll encounter a Mareep only 3 times out of 25 wild Pokemon encounters. So just keep searching!
