My team right now is: Inferape Lvl 52 Timid Nature Close Combat Flamethrower Mach Punch Rock Climb Luxray Lvl 49 Quirky Nature Spark Crunch Charge Thunder Fang Staraptor Lvl 43 Naughty Nature Aerial Ace Close Combat Quick Attack Fly Gyarados Lvl 42 Lax Nature Aqua Tail Surf Ice Fang Brine Garchomp Lvl 49 Serious Nature Dragon Claw Draco Meteor Earthquake Slash Palkia Lvl 48 Lax Nature Water Pulse Ancient Power Dragon Claw Spacial Rend I need to know where I should train each of them Individually and to what level, before I take on the 8th Gym and then the Pokemon league or what moves should I replace on each of them. I Beat the Elite Four, and I also changed the team above so theyre at the levels I beat the Elite 4 with. P.S.If anyone has a spare Johto or Sinnoh starter can you go look at my post in the WiFi Trading Thread. |

your team upto lvl45 would sufice if you buy enoguh revives/full restore. if you don't care about happyness you could get revital herbs, 3000 for Max Revive type healing. |

you should be able to take on the 8th gym now, and you can train in Victory Road until your levels are 50-55. Then, with plenty of items, you should be able to beat the E4. |

I prefer the Rich Boy trainer who has the single Luxio that's at the start of the road to Sunnyshore. You need to use Vs. Seeker but since you get more exp. from trainers it's about the same as fighting in Victory Road. Using the Vs. Seeker enough times, you get a decent amount of experience and a ton of money for beating him, and perhpas most importantly you get Attack EVs which most of your team could use. His Luxio eventually becomes level 55 after enough fights, and I think it's possible to get that even before beating the Elite 4. |

the main place i trained for EXP before i could beat the Elite 4 was in the patch of grass right near the rich boy Case mentioned... heaps of Gastrodon/Mr Mime/Chatot/Buizel, depending on who you're training you can get plenty of OHKOs and at 1000+ (800+ for mr mime) its a pretty good place i think, and you shouldnt need to be much higher than level 50 to beat the Elite 4. |

I like the victory road, golbat=speed, gravler=defence. Stark mountain is fun too, brongzong+def./spec. def., golduck=spec. attack, abomasnow=attack/spec. attack, golbat=speed. Caves are fun . P.S. I'm a pokemon master again !!! |

if you wanted to train a luxray you need the route from sunnyshore to victory road. and for infernape it would have to be victory road with gravelers and such. but the route that was mentioned between the hotel and sunnyshore. and its not true about having levels 50-55 for league because my strongest was my level 53 empoleon and i beat them in what was suppose to be a practice run on my first go!!!! |

^Shut up. The team is pretty good. I recommend you get them all to about lvl 55 all of them or so...otherwise it's pretty hard. My highest lvl guy was Empoleon lvl 54 - everyone else was around 50, plus one staller in case of Revive (shiny Lopunny lvl 40). And half my team was weak to EQ... You shouldn't have too much trouble if they're all at lvl 55. Good luck with your training and the E4. And for the champion's Garchomp, using Palkia's Dragon Claw would work (then again, since it's Palkia and not Dialga, which I used, Spacial Rend might be better). - DNA |

UM !? That team is alredy good enough to take on the elite four, so why are you thinking of training? These were my levels on first hall of fame Lvl 53 dialga Lvl 56 empoleon lvl 51 Azelf Lvl 46 Gastrodon Lvl 49 Luxray Lvl 17 riolu Actually my team was like, 4 vs the Elite 4 Cus gastrodon and riolu werent really, well useful. but since empoleon has a wide move range I HAD to teach it Flash Cannon, SHadowClaw,Surf,Drillpeck. and azelf Grass knot - thats the first 3 gone. and azelf takes care of lucian cus it has psychic and shadow ball, though payback is MUCH better unless you used nasty plot. and for cynthia i used.. Dialga to special sweep spiritomb, and with fireblast to take care of roserade and lucario, dragon pulse (deleted roar of time , not my style) to take care of garchomp, luxray on milotic( or grassknot with azelf) and finally grass knot on gastrodon. ITs brief but with a few healing items it works. i bought far too many revives though, i was very suprised on how little revives i needed. Oh and after that you highest levels are probably 100, thanks to pal park. |

I personally think legendaries are over-rated so don't use any of them. I managed fine without Palkia. |

Pillage wrote: CHANGE YOUR TEAM ENTIRELY. YOU'RE BAD. This made me lol cos ur such a n00b, Pillage! Ha! The team is alright. I don't like legends in teams though. You don't need to train really - getting through the last gym will be fine and the exp u gain in victory road will be enough to put you through the E4. |
