No, I'm not. Why don't you think of a better moveset.

Gladly:

{castform} @Choice Specs
~Energy Ball
~Weather Ball/Flamethrower
~Ice Beam
~Thunderbolt

{castform} @Wet Rock
~Rain Dance
~Weather Ball
~Thunder
~Ice Beam/Energy Ball

{castform} @Hot Rock
~Weather Ball (Fire Blast aveages around 108 or something, may as well go with novelty)
~Sunny Day
~Solar Beam
~Thunderbolt/Ice Beam
--->Ice Beam for dragons, thunderbolt for Gyara/Mantine

{castform} @Cold Rock/Expert belt
~Hail
~Blizzard
~Thunderbolt
~Energy ball
----> Why Expert Belt? Well, hail won't be much use once you use of the pp of blizzard, and thus you hit waters/grounds better. Flamethrower can go instead of Energy ball, if you want to take on abomasnow.

You could go with Thunderwave for paralysis, Sandstorm for the rock weather ball (though you won't be immune).
The way the above sets outclass yours, TechMath, is that yours lacks a decent attacking move. And, had a quick claw - with only 10% success.
The EVs/Natures were right.

To TechMath:
1- NEVER EVER use Quick Claw. %10 chance of going first isn't worth an item slot.
2- Three different weather changing moves on ONE Pokemon? Boy, you are wasting the moveslots.
3- You may say that you can change the weather and hit them with a Super Effective Weatherball, but it takes a two-turn setup and Castform with 70 base at defences ain't gonna survive it.
4- Even two different weather changing moves on a team is fail enough, talking about three different moves on ONE Poke.

Earthquake/Body Slam/Curse/Waterfall IMO.

Uh, that increased in this generation, or the equation changed for the percentage rate of success. 25% I think I read, but I'm not sure.

{Hippowdon} @ Leftovers
Relaxed | Sandstream
252 Def, 129 Atk, 129 HP
~Curse
~Slack Off
~Earthquake
~Crunch

I would personally put Stealth Rock over Curse, and change Crunch for Roar. You can Roar away anything that EQ doesn't hit, and the new Pokemon recieves Stealth Rock damage and Sandstorm damage. Slack Off any damage, and it's a pretty nifty set. It sounds a bit gimicky, but a friend of mine uses it (wifi) and it allowed him to scout my entire team and ruin my infamous Focus sash abuse tactic. Pretty damn good imo.

Here goes.

Sludge Bomb/Energy Ball/Shadow Ball/Hidden Power Rock or Fire (Specs Set)

Substitute/Leech Seed/Aromatherapy/Toxic Spikes (Cleric-Annoyer-Subseeder-Spiker in one)

Swords Dance/Poison Jab/Razor Leaf/Return (Physical Sweeper, can very surprise the opponent)

Rest/Sleep Talk/Energy Ball/Shadow Ball (Bulky Grass & Special Sweeper)

Sunny Day/Solarbeam/Synthesis/Weather Ball (Sunnybeamer)

*sigh*

This is my opinion for the best Hippowdon
Relaxed/Impish it's not like it needs speed or sp.atk
252Hp 252Def 6ATk
EarthQuake STAB is a must
Ice Fang for killing dragons
Roar/Stealth Rock
Slack Off ofr obvious recovery

Relaxed is fine, but your EV spread doesn't match with you moveset. I mean, you have 2 physical moves and only 6 EVs in attack? NOWAI. You can give that EV spread to a defensive Hippo like... Curse/Slack Off/Stealth Rock/Earthquake, but on this... lol.

Your moveset seems solid, but {wynaut} give Curse over Ice Fang?

So here is my Hippo:
Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Relaxed | Sandstream
252 Def, 129 Atk, 129 HP
~Curse
~Slack Off
~Earthquake
~Stealth Rock/Roar

Curse is useless leave that to an umbreon or Curselax it takes too long to set up and when a hazer comes you've wasted your turns. Hippowdon has base 112 so if we minus the nature and 62 points from EV training we get 257 Provided we have 31 ATk IVs. Definitely enough to 2HKO most 4x Weakness dragons.

The hippo can run curse late in the game, but I'd say it's much more useful to be able to run your physical tank whenever you need it.

Curse runs into the trouble just letting Any special sweeper switch in and force You to either switch or die.

Ice fang is one of it's more viable options.

Exactly Gnaaye curse is useless, most smart battlers won't let pokemon like curselax set up they will switch to a phazer or a hazer it is very easy to counter.

Dragonite@persim berry
adamant 252atk/252spd/6hp
dragon dance
outrage
thunderpunch/fire punch
earthquake

the best DD+outrage pokemon in the game. thunderpunch is to deal with skarms that come in your way, or fire punch is for bronzongs.

Tyranitar@leftovers
quiet 252hp/68spd/188spAtk
substitute
focus punch
thunderbolt
dark pulse/ice beam

sub+focus punch for blisseys, t-bolt for skarms, and dark pulse for STAB / ice beam for physical sponges like hippowdon, donphan, glicsor...

Tyranitar@leftovers
jolly 252atk/252spd/6hp
dragon dance
earthquake
stone edge/rock slide
crunch

a DD set is just as good on a tyranitar.

Thanks for the info. I love Dragonite & really want to train a good one.

Also, what would be a good physical specialist & tank. Thanks.

Skarmory@leftovers/shed shell
impish 252hp/252def/6atk
-stealth rock/spikes
-roar/whirlwind
-roost
-drill peck/steel wing/stealth rock/spikes

also, a dusknoir can work as a tank:

Dusknoir@leftovers
impish 252hp/129spDef/129atk or 252hp/252spDef/6atk
-fire punch/brick break
-shadow punch/thunderpunch
-will.o.wisp
-pain split
use WoW to wall physical sweepers, and fire punch is for guts-heracross / brick break and shadow punch hits every poke for at least neutral damage. thunderpunch is for skarms, and pain split for healing.

What? What?
Why would skarm have that many special defense evs? What does it survive after that? I'm genuinely interested.

Especially when you don't want to keep on in against special attacks to begin with. I actually fine that with roost and left overs, substitute is very useful. If you don't have shed shell it scouts for Magnezone, if he shows up just whirlwind, and other counters. Really helps when trying to ward off statuses and crit hax if you baton passed defenses. I wouldn't recomend attacks on skarm anymore since they seem to not do crap against it's counters and counter less than ever.

Also I don't think big root does anything for skarm, does it?
