It´s true, theres a way to reboard the s.s anne and to do that just follow this instructions:
1)Make sure the ship has set sail.
2)Stand above and to the left of the guard.
3)Move to the right while pressing start, and save the game the game.
4)Reset the game. You should then be facing the right. Go to the start menu and use surf, but instead of going into the water, you should go south.
5)Continue going south until you see the s.s anne.

And there you have it, but you can´t fight the trainers inside the s.s anne but you can see the famous truck

So yeah. I've seen the truck that supposedly had a Mew under it. What were the programmers thinking when they put that in there? Why is it so hard to find? What's it for? How come it's the only motor vehicle besides boats in any of the Pokemon games (excluding Snap)?

So many questions... And nobody has the answers.

The truck is something that the guys from the Nintendo forgot to move.

No.
The glitch has something to do with hex values in the original game, and FR/LG don't use them.

Speaking of which, I don't really see the point in the missingno glitch. You can just beast your way through the game using mewtwo, and even if your doing the glitch before the elite four, there are still some better choices and I really don't think anyone has the attention span to train a level 3 or something to level, like, 56.

Glitches aren't MEANT to have points. They're errors, not secrets.
Missingno comes at LV. 80. And people to have the attention spans. Otherwise we'd all be having lv. 36 EV trained pokes, and needing to use Level Rounding JUST to have an even fight...
Mewtwo is only accessable after the E4, and it's "beating" the game. The only other way to get one is using Mew glitch with a different Hex Value, and it'll be Lv. 7.

As said, it's mostly unknown. It might've been an easter egg or something, we might never know...

They forgot to move the firking truck

They were working on the game and brought a truck in to help move stuff

When they were done making the game, they forgot to move the truck out.

And that my friends, is why there is a truck near the SS Anne

Well, the real Mew glitch is on the main site here. It tells you how to do it!I did it!Oh,yeah, and, doing the missingno. glitch sometimes lets you catch a level 163 starter opposite of your starter's type. But when it rises a level, it goes level 100. :/
