I was playing my Pokemon FireRed game yesterday and everything was fine, but when I turned it on today, I had 3 bad eggs in my box, I think one is Missingno. Should I restart my game?

This is why I think it's Missingno (notice black rectangle under "BAD EGG"):

I haven't heard of a way to remove Bad Eggs, so restart.

Bad eggs are the result of using cheating devices; even restarting may not work, but try that regardless. Bad Eggs never hatch, into Missingno or anything else, so you want to get rid of them by restarting if at all possible.

see, this is what happens when people aren't happy playing the game fairly. but my friend had a bad egg and when he restarted he had a nidoran male caught in a "Glitch ball"(black square).

Actually bad eggs can be hatched but only with gameshark and the only thing that can be hatched is a ? in a circle
