So I'm playing a friend's version of FireRed and she's already beat the Elite 4, Rockets, etc. How the hell do I get to the other islands?! Is there a ferry somewhere that I'm just missing? Since she's already done almost all the quests, I can't go the way you would usually first go. Thanks for the help! |

I guess what I'm asking is, when you've beat FireRed, and you're on the mainland, how do you get to the islands? |

Fly (I assume she has Fly because she's beaten the Elite Four and all) to Vermilion City, and go south. Once you get to the pier, talk to the sailor and he should give you a choice of islands to go to. Take your pick and he'll charter a boat to get you there. Once you're done with your business on the island, go back to the pier (the one you get off of on the island), talk to him, and Vermilion will be an option if you want to get back to the mainland. |
