bulbasaur......its shiny color demands attention, the best stats advantage, can clean up 1/4 of the gym leaders....alone, levels up way faster than the other two, and evolves the fastest on top of that which its the first pokemon in the pokedex......truly the more recommended stater of the three(in my opinion)......period....

I loved'm all, but Charmander is definitely #1 In my Book, He's just coolest, and best, and all around awesome.

Please include an explanation when declaring your love for a certain starter, if not your post would be classified as spam >.>

For instance, my favourite would be Squirtle, because the turtle is my favourite animal, and the Water type also happens to be my favourite type. My next favourite starter would be Charmander, because of its offensive prowess compared to Bulbasaur, and also because Fire types are more useful in general compared to Grass types imo.

{charmander} for me to be an expert player. When I was beginning,I always choose {bulbasaur} but my first Pokemon picked is {charmander} never chose {squirtle} .

{charmander} is my homey i thought {squirtle} was cool but after beating the elite four with him he was no fun. Charizard was always cool though, especially after i traded him to my pokemon Gold. Then it got awesome. Ahh the memories of Kanto......
