the first time playing through either gold, silver or crystal, which ever you bought and/or played first, what was your very first team... (i realize it was a long time ago, i know i hard a hard time remembering )

for me it was:

i for one was overjoyed when i hit that first route after beating faulkner and found that i could get a water type and an electric type there (especially because my starter was a fire type), and it was only on my way to the elite 4 when i found that i replaced

the point behind my team was to get a well rounded 6 pokemon team as early in the game as possible....

(my kickass dugtrio from red that has all his stats at 500, I didn't glitch him, I just ran into him in diglett cave, no extra steps! and long before I even attempted missingno)

just a quick question, how exactly did you get ones like and for you very first team when you cant even get them until kanto or even later... and you cant evolve into or until you've beaten the elite 4 and are on your way to kanto

The team was horrible, I happened to get a critical hit on Lance's Dragonite with Razor Leaf to win.

I'm playing Silver right now, and I haven't played in SO LONG it might as well be my original team so... (I'm just about to go for the E4-I actually hate my team right now)

Back then I was still fairly n00 so I didn't know what STATs were or how to evolve Togepi. That team was beaten repetedly by the E4 until a lucky Hyper Beam attack KOed the champ!

My first team wow thats a long way back...

I originally thought shuckle was really powerful....

I think it was Typhilosion, Suicune, Graveler, and i really cannot remember the rest i might have had Dratini.

Poliwhirl <Didn't want to evolve it

Lanturn <I loved it almost to a personal level

Dugtrio <I had an ultra strong one on Yellow but it's not there anymore; it's here

Quagsire <It just looked so... CUTE!

Some were transfered either off my blue version, or yellow. I don't recall the very very very first team that I used, because that was a long time ago. I probably completed the game to first time with my starter, which was probably a Typhlosion.
