Post Trying to figure out DVs. please help
New member here, still playing pokemon silver for some reason.

im makign the ultimate team which required me to make a Marowak (now a Cubone) with BUG type Hidden Power (HP). i cant figure out the DV codes and Binary codes work.
i have to resort to using a Gameshark, but it doesnt bother me.
I just cant find out how to make a BUG HP cubone.
the code set i have is Cubone in the 4th slot, and has the Hidden Power in the 4th slot.
so the code for that move is 01EDBFDA
and according to the code site im looking at, the DV code is DD,FF.
but i just cant figure out how it works.
if anyone can help, please do.
