Never really thought about that actually. It might be Seen. But, most Pokemon you will have to capture in order to see anyway, so it doesn't matter. |

Yeah - It doesnt include any impossible to get pokemon (without pal park/hacking/events/pokemon ranger) like the starters and legendaries from the previous regions, Darkrai Shaymin Arceus or Manaphy/Phione |

You are just confused, those pokemon are the only pokemon that aren't available between diamond and pearl without outside help. Those pokemon are needed for the national dex. Manaphy doesn't count, but it is in the Sinnoh pokedex, as number 151 |

Well, 490 is the more correct number considering Arceus, Shaymin, and Darkrai haven't hit America yet. But I will hopefully eventually get them too. |

i finished my pdex a week ago. you just have too see the pokemon not catch them. and manaphy does count i have him, 2 actually |
