I envy you all unfortunatley for me i lost my R/B/Y games so all i play is Leaf Green and Ruby.

I only have Yellow and i got it when it first came out. I still go on it from time to time when not playing emerald or Pearl :] ...mmm...nostalgia.

i still play. more now than really ever. ive played red twice, and yellow like 3 times. I plan to rebuy red and blue. play them again. etc i need my pokedex completed.

I play my red version now more then ever(after i broke my ds and dug up my old game boy color) Even with the lack of amazing graphics and wide variety seen in later pokemon games, of all of them, i still prefer the first generation games way more than any fourth generation game(although i have yet to play HGSS because of my broken ds...)

These days, my Gameboy is MIA and I never owned Red,Blue, or Yellow.

Now, i just play it using an emulator on my comp.

I DO have LeafGreen, but i play Blue for the glicthes. I love MissingNo.

I never got into the new games except lg because I'm not really a fan of the new characters. In my opinion, they're way to overdone and resemble Digimon and YuGiOh more than pokemon from the first 251.

The odd time I say to myself 'okay, I'm really going to play this' so I turn on my Red game and begin to play but then I just get bored by the time I've delivered Oak's parcel so I play FireRed instead.

I beat yellow a while ago and then started crystal, and then one day was bored of crystal and brought yellow back out the go legendary hunting. I caught Mewtwo about a week ago and haven't played since.

i play and remeber the days when u could\ play pokemon and no one gave a crap about evs and ivs. When the most powerful move was hyper beam and u didnt have to memorize a bajillion pokemon and rare candies were considered good and to win you just had to get out ur frickin vensesaur whipp the crap out of people good time

I am currently in the middle of playing Blue on my GBA-SP. Let me preface this by admitting that this is the first time I've played Blue since 1999, and I am 100% serial while I say that I am enjoying it FAR more than I "enjoyed" :roll: playing BW back in the spring. I'm currently using Wartortle, Kadabra, Clefairy, Meowth, Weepinbell and Geodude, and I can't wait to evolve and swap out a few of these to add some more of my actual favos like Jynx, and to use the Mew Glitch to catch Mew and to use the Transfer Pak to use my team in Stadium. ^_^ This is legit so much more exciting to me than wandering around the bland circle known as Unova or stumbling around the Dream World watering Berries.

For one thing it feels SO much faster than DP-on in terms of walking/battling, and the Pokemon aren't bogged down in a thousand different shades of micromanagement. It's refreshing actually. Give me Stat Exp. and DVs over their later equivalents ANY DAY. Literally the only thing I'm missing about the newer games are the newer Pokemon/moves themselves. Shove the Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova Pokemon and their attacks in the middle of GSC (not HGSS) and that's basically a perfect Pokemon game to me.
