Post subject:  Shiny Pokes in XD
I recently traded my Shiny Metagross over to XD to do some training on Mt. Battle, and was disgusted to find that it wasn't Gold and Silver. It was instead, BROWN!!!! (With a silver X, but still, come on...brown...)

Does anyone know why theu have different colour schemes for shinies on XD, or was it that my Metagross was mucked up? It wasn't an AR Pokemon, as I spent many hours in Stevens House trying to tempt fate in my favour (and finally suceeded) but I was more than dissapointed when it came out brown...

As a lead on question, will the shinies be normal shiny colour in Revolution? If not, I might boycott it out of spite. :P

I don't think that your shiny Metagross was mucked up, I think that XD's art is just different (A little). I doubt shiny's would be normal in Revolution. That would be just wrong. :(

I don't know why they would have it brown in XD, when I traded my Shiny Pidgey over to XD it was still gold. I'm guessing that SwampertKing is right, the art is just different. Although why metagross? Why BROWN? Strange.....

I don't know about your shiny problem, but all my shinies are fine. Registeel looks a bit fainter than the green it is on the games, though. Probably just the coloring scheme.

As for Revolution, yes, they are. I saw movies with shiny Pokemon in them and they are normally colored (i.e. Gardevoir has blue where it's green, orange horns and purple-ish dress, etc.), but it wasn't on YouTube and I forgot the URL. :/

On XD I have seen videos of people playing it and using there shiny Pokemon and Gardevoir looked Purple and not Blue and Latios was A very bright and vivid green.

No it isn't like that did anyone even look at the link I posted. It isn't the Color of his T.V. It is just the Color scheme XD uses. Why doesn't anyone understand that.
