I got lvl.100- {metagross} {regirock} {latios} {deoxys} {rayquaza} {groudon} {kyogre} {houndour} {blissey} {raikou} {entei} {suicune} {tyranitar} {lugia} {ho-oh} {celebi} {dragonite} {typhlosion} {feraligatr} {meganium} {gyarados} {venusaur} {blastoise} {charizard}

Who needs gameshark/action replay in G/S? You can duplicate all the items you want, train on a trainer with level 70+ pokemon, and celebi really isn't all she's cracked up to be.

That being said I only used an action replay on Leafgreen to get TMs.

I like GS when it works... I entered some cheats in Fire Red and Emerald but they didn't work...
I looked at the status and it said: Frozen...
How am I supposed to cheat with a not-working Gameshark?!? :frustrated:

I hate it because I had a game that I used it on to get legendaries like Jirachi and Deoxys then I restarted and it stopped working.

The only cheats I attempt are the moderately less dangerous ones ou can do in-game, without devices, and then only if their is only a small chance of deleted data.

I'm still thouroughly depressed about my Phantasy Star Online data becoming corrupted after cheating a lot...

You should not be mad because your game crashed. It is very normal. Cheating devices always have a risk of screwing up your game and/or your life.

Personnally, I don't encourage cheating.... O.K. I don't encourage cheating while related to pokémon.

Even cheating on your PC may screw up something.

I hate cheating, the whole thing just goes down without a single word, even if you follow the stupid instructions and your game is *poof!* Gone!
i was asked by a stupid friend of mine, "How in the world do I get a Master Ball refund? :("
he tried Gameshark then his game got berserk and all.

P.S. I tried preventing my friend, but he just wants Mew for its body.
Hmph! Stupid friends don't liek your darn-good advice look what trouble he got his stupid self now? He even blamed me for "not-stopping-me"... What was i gonna do, yell at his eardrums?

I like gameshark. I have it for the GBA and it works fine. It hasn't messed up anything at all.
I don't know why you would need it for G/S/C though. Unless you need,like everyone has said Celebi.
I just used the encounter codes anyway.

Ok gameshark is both good and bad. Now if you needa use a gameshark to get threw a game your pathetic but if you wanna use a gameshark to mess around then yea no problem. Especiallhy for those pesky event pokemon! Now I have a DS action replay and have used it for event legendaries and cause I dont have 100's of hours to EV train and lvl up pokemon for my team Ill get them legitly use wild poke mod to ev train then rare candy to lvl them up but thats a different story.

I will admit, I did use a GameShark to fill up my Diamond Pokédex.

To this day, I still hate the Poké Radar.

I absolutely hate GameShark, not as many options for the codes, usually only all or nothing where Action Replay has all, some or none...

AR for GBA was way better then GameShark for GBA so I again dislike GameShark...

i beat my silver and if i get a gameshark gb version i'd cheat just to get pokemon on gold and trade some to silver.
i have some experience of gameshark for gba. i used it on leaf green but my mew dosent obey me on there. oh yeah i did have one problem though, one of my bad eggs actually hatched and is now "EGGY (female) Lv.78" and i try to view the summary and it freezes up my game. long story short, im not against gs. people just need to learn the consequences and expect them.

I don't really hate Gameshark because i used it to obtain an unobtainable pokemon. But the glitch and error it made really make me mad. But again, using Gameshark is just like tossing a coin. Heads, Your game was saved. Tails, Your save game was deleted.

Hate it! Hate it so very much! Makes me feel stupid.

I've never once had a problem with getting bugs or glytches from my Gameshark, but I can't USE it on my own. I just CAN'T make it work, I always had to get someone else do it. I even tried to use it with the guy who helped me sitting right next to me walking me through every single step... and nothing. Finally, he just huffed and took the GameBoy and did it himself.

You actually don't need to use CHEATS when playing pokemon.
All you need is TRUST and LOVE your Pokemon.

What a real Trainer needs is a virtuous heart. Pokemon touch the good hearts of Trainers and learn good from wrong. They touch the good hearts of Trainers and grow strong.
