Zapdos - First Time Moltres - Second time Articuno - Second Time Groudon - First time 
Kyogre - Second Time (first time i had a body size of 6) Latios and Latias - First Time Rayquaza - 27th time -_- Ho-oh - first time Regirock - 3rd time these are the only legendaries i have |

these are the only legendaries i have (with latios and latias) *envy* i can't get groudon, ive been trying like 5 times the birds were all at the first try except moltres... latios and latias...first time i guess... mew ... only seen it twice i got kyogre on my 2nd try (1st after beating it once, you can't recruit most of them in your first time) |

lets see.....    2 or 3 times each
 second time (cant get him first time i dont think)
 first time. must be lucky 
   3-5 times each

 first time i saw it, but probably took 10-15 tries in purity forest
   about 5-10 trips through the first 35 floors of buried relic until i had them all
  first time (of course)

 first time, then released it for some wishes which didnt help me, then i went back and recruited it again
 maybe 10 times
did i miss any? |

I just went to buried relic and was able to recruit two of the regi's and then some graveler killed me with rollout so they got farewelled...all my effort, and then I tried groudon a few times but couldn't.. |

Geez... Well, I got Moltres the first time... And I didn't know the body size rule for recruitment... So the other birds about 20 times... 
2nd time
1st time (with a lvl 80 something Swmpert)
Same as Groudon
Probably about the 3rd time...
Same as Entei (lol)

2nd time (cuz I took my Moltres first)

OMG I JUST RECRUITED DEOXYS. I used my level 69 Espeon with friend bow and got it on the third try.

Good on you!! I was so excited when I recruited Deoxys, and Mew and Celebi as well since I didn't have them in any other game. |

WOW. This is gonna takeme forever. I just beat the main storyline & I have a lvl 36 Mudkip & 34 Pikachu. Next strongest is 30 Onix & 27 Absol. I really need to level my team up....a lot. |

Cool nice Topic. Most of them I can't remember but Deoxys took me at least 7 or 8 times to Recruit. |

Hmmm.....I was able to recruit Moltres, but I have the worst time getting Zapdos or Articuno. Moltres is only lvl 53.......& where do I locate the Fly HM? I want to get back to the Sky Tower. And also, where do I find those friend ribbons or bows? |

HM Fly can be found at Wyvern Hills. And Friend Bow is found on Mt.Faraway 39F Requires a key. |

I just recruited Mew it took 3 tries. The first time i went to buried relic i saw it twice but didn't recruit it.  Then i went back and i got and then on floor 56 i recruited .

Key? Where do I get a key? jusy so you all know, I just beat & don't know where to go. What does body size add to any of this? I don't even have thr slightest idea what is is or how you improve it.............

Decepticlone, you might want to spend some time reading up about Mystery Dungeon. Perhaps you should start with the Mystery Dungeon section of the main site here: http://www.psypokes.com/dungeon/index.php You can find Keys in Solar Cave and Western Cave, if I remember correctly. As for Body Size, it is important for recruitment of Pokemon. The total Body Size of your party cannot exceed 6 stars. As such, since Kyogre is 4 stars, if you already have three members in your party such that your party is 3 stars, you will not be able to recruit Kyogre. Ah, thanks for that. No wonder I was unable to recruit Zapdos & Articuno, I was using Moltres. Still even after using Pikachu & Swampert, I still couldn't get Zapdos or Articuno. Maybe I'm just unlucky............ |

there still is a random element in it, since it is not 100% certain that you will recruit them. it might take several times. for every person who gets them first time there will be people who have to try again and again and again. some are 100% though, but you still do have to be careful about the body size rule which has already been mentioned. happy recruiting

I'm going to go ahead and do what the topic starter did. Zapdos - Second Time Moltres - Third time Articuno - Second Time Dogs - None Groudon - Not Yet Kyogre - Not Yet Latios and Latias - First Time Mew - Not Yet Regi's - None Lugia - Soon but not yet I have bad personal experiences with legends. |
