Seadra ( level 58 )
Kacleon ( level 50 )
Salamence ( level 55 )
Flygon ( level 55 )
Sceptile ( level 62 )
Aggron ( level 57 )
I mostly use Aggron ( Absol and Mightyena with Brick Break ) , Salamence ( Cacnea evolution and Shiftry with Flamethrower ) and Sceptile ( Corphish Line with leaf Blade ) to beat the Dark type E4 , Salamence ( against all ghost type with Crunch ), Sceptile ( vs Sableye ) and Flygon ( Same with Salamence ) for the Ghost Type E4 , Aggron ( Both Glalie with Iron Tail ) and Sceptile ( Leaf Blade and Giga Drain on Walrein and it pre evolution ) for Ice Type E4 . And Sceptile ( against Kingdra with Dragon Claw when being attack with ice beam by kingdra , at least it would not suffer 4 x weakness ) and Seadra ( Against All Dragon with Ice Beam ) for the Dragon Type E4
Chmpion Wallace , he is a pain in the ass and provide a good challenge
Against his Wailord , I use 2 leaf blade to take him down , first one leave him with barely any hitpoints and then wallace use full restore and the second leaf blade knock his wailord out .
and then his Milotic , almost all my strongest pokemon get taken out because of them weakness to water ( Aggron ) and ice ( Salamence , Flygon and Sceptile ) and milotics high special defense , so left with my seadra and kacleon . So I decided to use Kacleon . his milotic use surf took out 1/3 of my hp and turn my kacleon into water type , so another surf by milotics , it barely hurt my kacleon . And then my kacleon use Slash 4 times and his milotic go down .
I quickly revive my others pokemon .
And the next one is Ludicolo , I send my Salamence and use Fly and took him out in one hit , I was lucky to hit him though cause his ludicolo use double team .
The next one is Gyarados , another pain in the neck , I keep switching pokemon and calculate the amount of hyperbeam ( aggron for hyperbeam , who can tolerate it because of it 4 x resistance against normal attack ) and earthquake ( salamence and sceptile for earthquake for salamence immunity to earth attack and sceptile resistance to it ) . I use every single attack i can throw at him with Sceptile , mostly dragon claw , cause at least my sceptile is the strongest and can drain hp for his own after his hyperbeam which make my sceptile hp go down to 1/3 , and he have time to restore his hp with giga grain for a while , while gyarados recharge . So eventually took him down with Leaf Blade with critical hit .
And then Tentacruel , I nv give him any chance , so I send out flygon and use earthquake , bye bye tentacruel .
His Whiscash is a piece of joke , one leaf blade from my sceptile can take him out .
And now this ...
Kingdra ( level 62 )
Sceptile ( level 65 )
Latios ( level 54 )
Charizard ( level 62 , from FR )
Steelix ( level 55 , from FR , have problem training it as an Onix back in FR )
Aggron ( level 60 )

My team was....
Lv. 59
Lv. 56
Lv.41
Lv. 39
Lv. 33 (I forgot I had a Gardevoir that long ago...)
Lv. 37
I can't remember the moves they knew or their stats, it has been a while since I beat the Pokemon Leaque.
Most of the Elite Four was easy, execpt for the Champion. I had saved before I had gone in that room, and I walked to the door. I was execpting Steven to be the Champion again, so I had my Swampert ready to battle with earthquake.
But boy was I wrong.
I walked in only to see Wallace. He blabbered forever... Then we started the fight.
Wailord was easy to beat, but Ludicolo really threw me off guard. Giga Drain blew away Swampert, and Aniwe had fainted. I had no strong Pokemon whatsoever to help me. I lost... But since I had saved, I kept on battling. After 5 tries or so, I won.

Mine are (yep, planning on clearing the E4 tonight, or the night after that): - {swampert}
- {blaziken}
- {vileplume}
- {alakazam}
- {rhydon}
- {salamence}
They're all at level 60 (!) already, and I've already completed my dex for like... 75%. When you play the game for the like... fifth time your priorities are different.

This is only my second time starting a new game so I can remember pretty well.
Level: 54
Leaf Blade
Return
Crunch
Crush Claw
Level: 53
Aromatherapy
Petal Dance
Magical Leaf
Sludge Bomb
Level: 51
Sky Uppercut
Giga Drain
Mach Punch
Strength
Level: 52
Signal Beam
Tail Glow
Water Pulse
Attract
Level: 54
Surf
Solar Beam
Rain Dance
Sunny Day
Level: 50
Extrasensory
Faint Attack
Fake Out
Hyper Beam
I feel terrible that I didn't teach Shiftry any Grass moves, since they're my favorite pokemon, but hey, I already used Solarbeam on Ludicolo. I now am trying to get all natural pokemon. Doing good!

Emoticons take so long to load.
Anyway, 1st time in Emerald (All around level 45. You can only imagine how much luck i was relying on. And my items. I relied on old GSC tactics. HP, PP, and Status ailment recovery):
Sceptile
Walrein
Hariyama
Manectric
Torkoal
Registeel (back up. I sacrifice him for a 1 turn heal. I had noone else)
For Steven, I just raised the levels WAY UP!!! Not too hard, though.
