If you want defensive - go with Shuckle. He can use Double Team/Toxic then Rest if he gets too much damage.

If you want offensive, my personal pick with either be Scizor or Gengar. Gengar has a nice set but it's all offensive and varied type wise.

Well, it really depends on the rest of your team. Staistically, Mewtwo is the best choice. With the set you have given it, it will wipe away most in game opponents.

I prefer Shuckle. And, Smokescreen > Fire Blast for Typhlosion and Meditate, Rapid Spin and Counter > Double Kick, Hi Jump Kick and Brick Break for HLee(No, no. These are just suggestions. If you want a real team rating go to Hoenn section)

I'd replace the ATK moves you have on your Mewtwo with Flamethrower and Ice Beam, because Mewtwo is meant for dealing special damage. I'd move those moves onto your Gengar instead of all those SP. ATK moves, or simply use Scizor, which is a good poke with only one weakness. Shuckle is also an alternative, as said, if you wanna play defensive.
To sum up ( :P ) get rid of the ATK moves on your Mewtwo. ;)
