I think that there should be a ground gym. I dont think thats been done before, and maybe there should be two types in one gym, like a fire/water gym

Gym 1. Fire/Grass/Water (Depending on what type your starter is)
Gym 2. Rock & Ground
Gym 3. Electric
Gym 4. Normal
Gym 5. Bug
Gym 6. Steel
Gym 7. Psychic, Ghost & Poison
Gym 8. Dark

There should be an eevee and eevee's evolutions gym (like someone posted before in the 'what gym would you be' topic).

There was one In GSC, well not exactly a Gym, but you did win HM03 Surf for beating them.

I like Crosman's idea of a bug type E4. That way Bug's arent quite as weak as they may seem.

Yeah, and the Leader can look like a bug catcher.

Personally, I think the Champ should have Dark/Bug Pokemon since Dark/Bugs have never been a BIG impact Gym/E4 untill R/S/E.

I just thought. Have Ice Types ever been used? Okay, here's my E4:

1) Grass
2) Fire
3) Water
4) Electric & Steel

Champion

Dragon, Ice & Dark

Oh, and by the way, don't make me angry today. I'm in a mood because I had to give up Mt. Battle at 68 :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

But on the other hand I'm happy 'cos I just added Base Set Alakazam (Shiny) to my card collection.

Here's what I think:

1: Dragon, make some new common dragons, like ones that resemble Dratini, except they are weaker then them.
2: Fire
3: Ice
4: Electric
5: Water
6: Psychic
7: Steel
8: Dark/Ghost

E4-
Normal
Bug
Poison
Fighting

Though they have to make more strong Fighting types, maybe even a Fighting/Dark.

5: psychic
6: dark
7: ground
8: new type *cough light cough*

E4
1: bug
2: flying
3: Electric
4: dragon (sigh, i guess we have to stick with tradition

champion: whatever suits nintendo's fancy

Well, they tried making dragon a gym in Jhoto, and so was the champion. You need it later on so you can pick up an ice type to beat it, though. A dark gym would be cool. (Especially if they changed the starters...)

Giovanni's gym is the ground gym, but anyway:

1. Grass (water starter); Fire (grass starter); Water (fire starter)
2. Lightning
3. Bug, Flying
4. Grass (grass starter); Fire (fire starter); Water (water starter)
5. Normal, items (like Norman's gym)
6. Ghost, Poison
7. Rock, Ground
8. Grass (fire starter); Fire (water starter); Water (grass starter)

Elite Four

1. Psychic, Dark
2. Fighting
3. Ice, Dragon
4. Steel

Champion

Rival (well balenced team)

What no Dark? We need a Dark gym. We've had Dark since G/S and we still haven't got one.

But they need to hold the bug gym till later. In G/S, Bugsy wasn't that difficult. Maybe put the dark gym earlier in the game...

well ya, bugsy was so easy it wasn't funny, so they should have an E4 bug trainer. If they don't make any more good bug pokemon, then this should be his team
{heracross}
{scizor}
{forrestress}
{ninjask}
{pinsir}

and forretress should have spikes and actually use them three times, while ninjask baton passes like crazy. Switching generaly isn't something you see in-game, but i suppose it would be hard to program

the flying guy should have (again, this is if there are no new good flying types)
{crobat}
{murkrow}
{togetic}
{xatu}
{pigeot}

and while i'm at it, i may as well do electric

{magneton}
{lanturn}
{ampharos}
{jolteon}
{electabuzz}

why not make some new types ??? 8)
They had quite an impact in G/S/C
(at least they did on me :oops: )

I think the 8th gym should have Psy types
And the Leaders best should also know a fighting move (Against Dark types 8) )

And of course, a new water gym will always be welcome :D

I think There Should Be a Final all Around Gym, so the last gym Leader wouldn't be as pathetic as the rest

With These Pokemon

A fire
A Water
A Grass
A ELectric
A Ground
A Steel

I also think that there should be a new type set of starters like a Fire type, Ice, And Flying and Rock type. But I think the Fly/Rock Should End pu being the most powerful at the end of its Evolution, But it should have to Evolve at levels
Starting Level 5.
16.
38.
49.

One can never have enough ghost gyms. Ever since poor lavender town got its lovely spooky tower replaced with that radio monstrocity I've been hoping for a suitably haunted city to replace it, with a gymleader who could put Sabrina from the anime to shame with his or her spookiness. I want someone who spends six dialogue boxes telling me about the restless sprits that are about to devour me before they start a fight, and then procedes with a parade of death ghosts using signature ghost moves like perish song and mean look and spite. Morty? Meh, he was okay, but we can do better. Atmnosphere, people!

I'm also looking forward to a dark trainer, we're certainly overdue for one.

And with those out of the way, I think it'd be neat to have one gym, somewhere in the middle, based on something other than elements. Like a gym that consists of only rodentlike pokemon, or a gym where all the pokemon are pink.

I think the gyms and Elite 4 should not be based on types, but in "tittles" or characteristics.

Like this:

Gym 01 - Common Pok

Methinks it should go like this:

1. Grass
2. Ground
3. Psychic
4. Bug
5. Water
6. Dark
7. Myth (A new type that could open up a lot of dual-type possibilities.)
8. Fire

::Elite Four::
1. Steel (Because steel-types are dual type all over the place, and thats what the first E4 member always has to be.)
2. Poison
3. Electric
4. Dragon
Champion: Normal (And I would like to see a female Champion for once.)
