Not without cheating, no I don't believe so. I need backup, but I'm sure cheating is the only way. |

Well, you could take a level 100 male Meganium and breed it with a level 100 female Alakazam, and the resulting egg would hatch you a Celebi. Ha, lies.  The only way to get Celebi is by Sharking or from a Nintendo event (good luck finding one that gives away Celebi).
