on my first trip to the safari zone I went simply tofind the last hourse and get surf and on my way I encountered 2 chanseys a kangaskhan and a tauros plus the common paras/eggecute and caught all of them

Some Luck

by the way my chanseys are Blisseys now

I do not think {chansey} nor {tauros} are as hard to catch as {kangaskhan} . I still have not got one(even though I do not play FireRed that much...), but anyway it is the most difficult for me, even harder and more exhausting than the legendaries.

I'd have to agree about Kangaskhan and Tauros. I've never encountered a Chancey before...

I caught the safari pokemon pretty easily, I just waited for XD and only bothered to go into the Safari Zone to catch a Dratini, which was easy to capture as well, and and to get HM 03 and Gold Teeth, and some other items. Probably the hardest was Porygon, Squirtle, Flareon, and Electabuzz. Now that I think of it, I haven't seen a wild Magmar since I last played Silver, which was in 03, so that can't go on the list. Porygon was hard because of all the time spent trying to raise money for it. As for Squirtle and Flareon, I only had one GBA until last May, and no one within miles to trade or battle with.

I think the hardest to catch Pokemon is {chansey} because they run away really fast. I've never caught a {chansey}

I don't see what's so hard.
Try right at the entrance to the Safari Zone, with a Good Rod.
With Super Rod, you'll just get a ton of Dragonair instead.

Dratini is harder to find, granted, but you can find Poliwag and Goldeen with the Good Rod also. Kill 3 birds with one stone.

I think that chancy is the hardest to catch on FR/LG, though what are the odds of catching a shiny chancy with the egg.

I managed to catch a non shiny with the egg though! :D heheh, i spent a good portion of my life trying to catch that pink fluffy horror :evil:

But seriously I think its Lapras or cubone in the ghost tower. (correct me if they moved him out of the remake)

Well, cubones aren't normally in ghost tower - I get {marowak} in victory road
Also, lapras is given to you in saffron.

I think {chansey} is the hardest one. Its not catching them that I hate (although I do) its the fighting of the little buggers. I am so close to getting up to the brain in the battle frontier and then a chansey pops up I then do this :frustrated: to my gba. But If I ever and I mean ever meet a blissey I shall then eat a {shaymin} to calm me down. Because {shaymin} does look very calming doesnt it.But I think happiny are cute. That is very true. {happiny}. Eating a budew or a lotad mught calm me down. I love 'em both {budew} {lotad} {budew} {lotad}

Cubones are just uncommon in the tower, I have one of them, though. But Marowak is impossible to catch in there 'cause it's an enraged spirit, yes.
