Right now I'm trying to get all 5 Eevee-lutions and I don't know how to get the 3 stones, I want to know if I can get them before the elite 4 and I have Silver Version.

If you have rb or y, breed eevees, send them to that version, and use stones.

Assuming you're not trading with RBY, you can't get them before the E4. You need to show the old man (I think its an old man O_O) at Bill's House (North of Cereleun fskjfks can't spell) a Lickatung, Oddish, Staryu, Vulpix...*thinks* ...Pichu.

If you show him those, he'll give you a Water Stone, Fire Stone, and Thunderstone which you can use to get the other three Eeveelutions.

ummm it depends on if u got red, blue or yellow if not you cant get all of the stones before the Elite Four. But after you have beat them you go to the bill's house (north of cereleurn city) and talk to his old man and he will ask you to show him a pokemon and for every one u show him he gives u a stone;

Lickitung-sun stone or ever stone (i cant rember)

Oddish-a Leaf stone

Staryu-a Water stone

Growlithe- a Fire Stone

Pichu- a Thunder stone

You also can get an Eevee at Bill's.When you go to Ecruteak city Pokecenter you will find Bill he'll tell you something about the time machine and run away.Then go to Goldenrod city and to his househe is going to tell you that somebody had left an Eevee in the time machine and ask you if you can take care for it say yes and you will have an Eevee.
