I've got a 
amnesia water sport mud sport water gun and u can get up to 9 points for cute Good here. 
agility swift peck ......... this is for cool Excellent! Check out something such as Air Cutter. 
sunny day flamethrower/fire blast ....... ....... beauty. it works well I'm pretty sure there's something else to make this better. Let me do some research... |

I'm trying to defeat all cute contests without pokeblocks. (I'm running low on berries and I have the berry glitch and I don't have the right equipment to get it off) I'm struggling with the first contest. Here is the pokemon... 
moves: splash (what is the exact effect of splash?) tail whip attract water gun I need a good combo for this, is there one? |

My Almardo (or however you spell it) won the Cute Contest which surprised me. Now I'm working on Wynaut but it's hard. The only cute move it knows is Splash. (p.s. I like the cute contests best  ).

I'm not sure whether this helps but if you use Mud Sport and then Water Sport you'll get double points. There was also something my Anorith knew to go with water gun that go a lot of points but unfortunatly I can't remember. If anyone knows, please tell me. |

i have a  in my sapphire version that will only lose in a beauty contest if it gets nervous repeatedly.

You can use the same combo on about every other fire Pokemon, just use Fire Blast instead of Blaze Kick!

can someone tell me some pokemon&moves so i can beat all the contests except for beauty and cool? also preferably without pokeblock upgrades because i too have the berry glitch and dont feel like going out and getting the patch for it nor do i have a bonus disc for pkmn colleseum? also does anyone know if the patch costs money? |

Ah, here's my field in movesets! My azumarill had no problem with showing its grace in the beauty department. It took a little force feeding of indigo and blue pokeblocks, though  w/ Blue Scarf
Surf Dive Rain Dance Hydro Pump With rain dance, it's a little risky. For a fool proof move set, go to my Torkoal's moves.  w/ Blue Scarf
Sunny Day Flamethrower Heat Wave Overheat You'll never get a bored audience with this turbo-turtle It's alright if you're not into the pretty-pretty stuff. Here's a tough solrock that took Hoenn contests by storm.  w/ Yellow Scarf

So pick between raising him to either 32, or 47. if you want a wider rangeof moves for kyogre, try erasing one of the water moves for thunder. it is a good beauty move. its also a good combo in battles with drizzle, as it almost never misses. |

Try replacing something with Dive for the Surf/Dive combo. If you want to be risky, do the afformentioned and replace something with Rain Dance. Mightyena: Thanks for providing an alternate method for the lazies xD But once again, no combos. Mightyena is hard to make contest worthy due to his limited move pool. Poke around and see what you can find, but if you're looking for a cool cat, look at Swellow and Skarmory |
