I am, and I have already won City Championships. States is coming up soon, and it gives out a lot of stuff to the 1st place winner! i'm so excited! |

I went to my first ever tournament and won 7 of my 8 games. I lost against someone ranked #4 in the UK but beat him in the afternoon (so he got 7/8 as well). I won 4 pop boosters, whismur promo and tournament winners badge for winning my age group (there wasn't an overall prize). I used ludicargo. |

Well, well, well...I keep on forgetting to post how I did at States, so here goes... There were a bunch of people coming late. A bunch of the people were from Missouri, which really ticks me off... *Tries to control temper* I was using a Psychic deck, which had 6 EXs. :roll: There were 5 rounds of swiss tournament because of those Missourans...I got into the finals somehow with 3/5. I got 4th place, but the first and second in my age group were...MISSOURANS!

I take it that the state tornament was not in Missiouri. if so, i agree that only people from the state your in sould be alowed to compete in the state tornament, unless the state that the violators are from doesn't have a state tornament. EX: wyoming doesn't have a state tornament. (at least, when I lived there I didn't think it it did.) so i would have thought of it as okay if I had decided to drive to Utah to compete. (did missiouri have one this year?) |
