If it wasn't so downright adorable, I'd hate it.
As Crosman said, it'd make a great pet, especially for small children: small, fluffy, energetic, cute, and almost harmless at low levels.

Skitty is the worst pokemon ever. At least Meowth is funny and I would rather have Meowth or Persian on my team than skitty or Delcatty. |
