I was recently watching Jirachi Wishmaker and noticed that Diane (during first performance) was wearing a necklace that looked like the necklaces that the People of the Water wore. Maybe she a People of Water? Who knows? |

I doubt it, but the Manaphy movie did feel very rehash-y at certain points. |
