For emerald its says that Special attack EV training is best done on rt 113, by KOing spinda, which appear at a 70% rate But it fails to mention Slugma which also give 1 SA EV, and appears at a rate of 25% makeing that route have 95% SA EVs. |

Agreed, I've noticed that several times myself when EV training in Emerald. At least the info on which route to use is correct. |
