1. The Wormadams are messed up, mainly, the fact that wormadam Ground and Steel have moves that only the Plant form should learn [Fixed with site revamp]
2. Riolu learns Aura Sphere from Pokemon Ranger 2 [Fixed 29Mar09]
3. The Wishmur line should not learn Poison Jab. It should probably be Teeter Dance instead. [Fixed with site revamp]
4. Smeargle should have every move except chatter. I'm pretty sure its missing a few moves, but I don't remember. [Fixed with site revamp]
5. Both Nidoran lines have moves that are the egg moves of the other family only in their movesets. Nidoran-f's family should not have Amnesia, Confusion, and Sucker Punch. Nidoran-m's line should not have Charm, Focus Energy, and Pursuit. [Fixed 29Mar09]

If I find any more errors (we (at smogon) are using this for checking errors in our dex and on shoddy) I will post them here, since it seems like no one is checking my emails
