Perhaps you might think of changing it? The quality isn't exactly great. Or just smoothing it might help a tad.

One person agrees with you and you think your argument is won?

I personally think the banner is fine. Everytime I log onto Psypoke, I see that, whereas you never know what you're going to get when you go to...*shudder* Serebii. It changes so often I sometimes what website I've accidently wandered onto, whereas here, it gives it a sort of identity, a permanent personal touch.

I vote keep the banner.

And besides, votes won't matter anyway. It takes a lot to influence an admin, or even a mod to do anything on this site because they're all so stubborn, so I don't quite know what you hope to acheive, especially in such an accusative tone as your first post.
