Why don't you just put on the pokemon's page weather it is u00ber, OU, BL, UU etc.?

That would be helpful when building an UU team.

Tiers can vary; something could be UU somewhere, and it could be BL somewhere else. Usually, we just link to Smogon for tier lists. The Netbattle forum was never that active, so we don't really have many competitive battlers in this community anyway.
