In the psydex, it says that saphire has a 25% chance of finding a grimer in fiery path, correct? Well, it also says "Trade from ruby/emerald/firered/leafgreen" witch doesn't really matter. But for Muk's location on saphire it says "Trade from ruby/emerald/firered/leafgreen" when you can just evelve the grimer into Muk.
