Load up Pearl and Diamond, get a Jirachi, and kindly tell me what that sprite should look like so I can fix it.

I don't know if it is incorrect i said, but it jus looked ackward. and yes, i am waiting for diamond/pearl to come out, and hopefully i can get it, and if i can, i will try to get a screenshot of the back side of jirachi if i can catch one. or maybe gameshark a jirachi on ruby or emerald and trade over. btw, can you trade pokes from the 3rd gen and fr/lg to 4th gen at the beginning of the game?

No. You have to complete (read: see every Pokemon in, not necessarily catch) the Sinnoh dex to enable R/S/E/FR/LG trades.
