AAAHHH!!! I was so sure I rated this. I do like it a lot . . . but I don't know anything; lemme get a second opinion on it.

As to the question you posed about the testers, they're free to test whichever ones they like. Sometimes we'll ask them to test a specific set, but they're pretty much free to do what they want.

Gotta run, I'll post my Blissey opinions later!

EDIT: Back with my Blissey comments. After checking Blissey's max stats, I was surprised to learn that Blissey's max special attack is 273. We may be able to make this set work.

It should work. After all, Blissey's problems have always been just the Attack and Defense stats, and not the Special Attack and Special Defense stats. That's why one should always give Blisseys special attacks over physical attacks.

Perhaps 252 HP, 128 Sdef, 128 Satt with a Modest Nature, this way Leftovers can still heal quite a bit and her special def and special att. get a nice boost.

It's sad that there aren't more moves like pursuit for different elements. with Toxitract up, the victim should want nothing more to switch, then BAM! I'd suggest that you save it for a psychic type, IMO. Then you get your maximum element of surprise shock factor :P

I got two stantler sets, one for double battle, one for
Stantler @ King's Rock
Extrasensory/Stomp
Role Play
Protect
Earthquake

+Speed -Atk or SpAtk nature, EVs in Attack and speed

and
Togetic @ Leftovers Trait = Serene Grace
Follow Me
Substitute
Wish
Psychic

+Speed and Defense/Sp Def, +Speed, defense or special defense - attack nature

The deal is, first turn have Togetic use wish, and Stantler use Role Play on Togetic. Stantler'll have the Serene Grace trait, and with the king's rock, that's MONSTER flinch action. now have Togetic put up a substitute, and Stantler can attack the most threatening opponent. from then on, Togetic will refill when wish kicks in, can "follow me" most attacks, Stantler will prevent one of them, most likely, and stantler can protect if you predict an earthquake, as well as use earthquake himself. Togetic can put up substitute and wish again as needed.

the second set is for single battles.

Stantler @ Leftovers
Swagger
Psych Up
Shadow Ball
Earthquake

confuse your opponent, and use Psych Up, gaining their boosted attack, then attack with it. EVs in speed and Attack, + attack or speed, - SpAtk nature.

{tentacruel}
Bold
252HP, 129DEF, 129SPDEF
Barrier
Mirror Coat
Rapid Spin/Safeguard
Surf

Very similiar to a Blastoise Tank. I didn't know whether to put Rapid Spin or Safeguard, so just choose.

{tangela}
Modest
252SPATT, 129DEF, 129SPDEF
Amnesia
Reflect
Leech Seed
Giga Drain

Annoyer with a twist. Amnesia+Reflect will make it a pain to take down. Leech Seed+Giga Drain for mass heal.

{tangela}
Adamant
252ATT, 129DEF, 129SPDEF
Amnesia
Tickle
Sludge Bomb
Stun Spore

I'm rather skeptical about this, seeing as how Tangela has Base 55 Atk, but I reckon it might work. Amnesia+Tickle improves Tangela's survivability, Sludge Bomb for attacking purposes (plus Tickle lowers defense) and Stun Spore for stalling. Dead to Steels.

Mr. Mime@Petaya Berry
[Timid nature]
252 Spd, 252 Sp Atk, 6 Sp Def
- Substitute
- Recycle
- Rest
- Psychic

Imagine what his Special attack can become. Sub so you can determine when you wan't the Petaya to activate and Rest to heal and Recycle.

O0O0O0hh . . . movesets!

By the way, people, I'm getting tired of having only me and Snow rate. Come on, people, you all play this game, too. :P And, if you haven't noticed, I have achieved Moderator status. Ph34r, bow, and scrape. :P

~Mr. Saturn's Stantler~
I think we'll use single battle sets only, maybe we'll do a specific thing for Stalling/Annoying Double Battle teams. But I love that set, especially since it's a UU Pokemon. Unfortunately, Pidgeot/Fearow/Dodrio/Noctowl/Swellow pawn it, especially with HP Fighting. I suppose that's what switching out is for, though. Let's get some more opinions.

EDIT: Forgot everyone else!

~Venumeleon's Tentacruel~
Looks a little standard to me, what with Surf, Barrier, and Mirror Coat. Correct me if I'm wrong.

~Venumeleon's Tangelas~
AAHH!!! Two sets that are both awesome from a Pokemon I love . . . *closes eyes and radomly points* Aha! The first one! I like that one more. Someone else decide, I like Tangela too much.

~Achilles' Mr. Mime~
Love it. Love it, love it, love it, love it.

I would prefer the first Tangela, it looks more reliable than the second one. As for the Blissey, try 252 Special Attack 252 Hp and 6 Special Defense. You can try 252 Special Defense 6 Hp too but I prefer boosting Blissey's Hp to insane levels :D

I only thought that was standard on a Blastiose. Meh... and thanks for the compliments. You seem to have a thing for UU Pokemon.

{cacturne}@Brightpowder
Bold
252ATT, 129DEF, 129SPDEF
Leech Seed
Sandstorm
Grasswhistle
Focus Punch

Standardish? I don't know. Basically, this thing serves to annoy. Indirect damage from Leech Seed/Sandstorrm, Sleep with Grasswhistle, and Focus Punch has quite a good chance of hitting, either they're asleep or they have to deal with Sand Veil and Brightpowder.

{venomoth}@Petaya Berry
Jolly
252SPD, 129DEF, 129SPDEF
Silver Wind
Double Team
Baton Pass
Attract

So it's haxing. What to do with a Pokemon like Venomoth?

{seviper}@Leftovers
Impish
252HP, 129DEF, 129SPDEF
Poison Fang
Mud-Slap
Swagger
Taunt

Meh... it's a longshot. Toxic with Poison Fang, reduce ACC with Mud-Slap, Confuse with Swagger, and Taunt them to avoid Rest/Refresh. The problem is surviving long enough.

I kinda like your Cacturne, but I'm not sure if your Seviper can work out, because even with Swagger and Mud Slap, your opponent can still KO you if he's lucky enough to get a hit. So it all depends on Seviper's stats for Special Defense and Defense. Also, I'm not a huge fan of Mud Slap actually :D

As for the Venomoth, it looks kinda standard to me. After all, Baton Passers are all the same -_-"

Yes, Seviper is extremely frail, so I don't expect it to work that well. Not to mention it would die to a Gengar. But it could defintely work against something that relies on stat boosts, or tanks.

{scizor}
Adamant@Leftovers
252ATT, 129DEF, 129SPDEF
Silver Wind
Safeguard
Light Screen
Return

A more defensive version of Scizor. Light Screen weakens its weakness to Fire, Safeguard protects it from stun, burn, etc. Silver Wind gets STAB, Return is fairly strong. Slgihtly standardish, but it's a break from the usual Baton Passer.

{tropius}@Leftovers
Sassy
252HP, 129SPDEF, 129SPATT
Magical Leaf
Toxic
Whirlwind
Protect

Tropius is really too slow to be a Sweeper anyway, so, just made it a Toxishuffler. Once all opponents are Toxic'd, alternate between Magical Leaf and Protect to slowly whittle down.

{vaporeon}@Leftovers
Impish
252 HP, 129DEF, 129SPDEF
Acid Armor/Charm
Wish
Toxic
Ice Beam/Surf

Vaporean eats Special Attacks easily, and Acid Armor/Charm allows it to take a few Physical attacks too. Keep healthy with Wish, then blow them down with Ice Beam/Surf and indirect damage.

Steelix@Leftovers
[Impish nature]
252 HP, 129 def, 129 Sdef
*Rock Head ability*
- Toxic
- Roar / Protect / Substitute
- Earthquake
- Double Edge

Either Toxistalling or Toxishuffling. It kills Physical Sweepers.

Here's my favorite creative moveset:
{crobat}@leftovers
toxic
confuse ray
attract
protect

It is tough! You start out with attract, then toxic, then confuse ray. after that just keep using protect, confuse ray, protect, confuse ray until they die from toxic. You are in trouble if they send out a steel though.

I don't know about papersun, but I wouldn't consider that Steelix and Crobat creative, even though I like both the movesets.

As for Venumeleon's suggestions, I'm okay with the Scizor, but I like the Tropius and Vaporeon. A toxi-shuffling Tropius appeals to me somehow, while a longer-lasting, toxicating Vaporeon is interesting enough for me too.

Steelix is nice. I've never seen a Toxishuffling/stalling before. Can also deal a good amount of damage. Still dead to Gengar though.

Crobat... is a standardish annoyer. The lack of an attack also makes it dead to Poison types, who will sooner or later get rid of the confusion.

Slowking @ Leftovers
252 Defense, 252 SpA, 6 HP/SD
+Defense, - Attack nature
Yawn
Calm Mind
Surf/Psychic/Ice Beam/Flamethrower/HP Special
Surf/Psychic/Ice Beam/Flamethrower/HP Special

The point here is to use Yawn. One of three things can happen
1) they switch, giving you a free turn to use Calm Mind
2) they KO you, and they fall asleep
3) they attack, don't KO you, and fall asleep, leaving you to use Calm Mind

Alternate Yawn and Calm Mind(assuming they go for #1), then sweep with whatever two moves you've chosen (cover your team's weaknesses, and incorporate types you lack) You'll have great defenses and Special Attack.

I like the idea of that Slowking as well; it's a good moveset I recommend for others. But once again I wouldn't consider it as a creative one. Sorry :)

{mantine}@Leftovers
Bold
252SPATT, 252SPD, 6DEF
Confuse Ray
Toxic
Agility
Twister

Annoyer. Confuse and Toxic, then boost speed and flinch hax with Twister.

{hitmontop}@Liechi Berry
Adamant
252ATT, 252SPD, 6DEF
Quick Attack
Endeavor
Substitute
Toxic

Very simple. Sub till it breaks 2 times, Sub again. let Liechi activate, Endeavour, then go with Quick Attack for the win. Toxic is there while you're waiting for the Sub to break. Top also has good defenses so it can last a while.

I hope someone tests that Hitmontop; if it works it'll be really great. But my opinion about it is that you'll probably die in that turn you use Endeavor or the next turn. You also have to be wary of Pokemon like Blissey that have a lot of Hp for you to Endeavor.

Not necessarily. With 110 Base Sp.Def, Top can last most Psychics (of course, some exceptions, like Zam, Gardy, Espy, etc.). It also has 95 Def, allowing it to survive non-STAB Aerial Aces. This also applies to the Sub: it should be able to last more than a turn. Granted, this only works against 1 opponent, but it can be rather powerful.

Yeah, its only problem is that it can only last one opponent. Now that I know its stats, I suppose it could work. Now it's up to papersun to decide if he wants to add this to the list :D
