Where I come from there's something similar called fondue. Obviously, I'm not expecting to be the same in english..... |

No, in English I think a foudue is like a big pot of melted cheese that you then dip stuff in; so that wouldn't be baked and crispy. But yes, similar, it has a lot of different cheeses in it. |
