Mewtwo is the only that learns special (non-physical) attacks by level-up.

feebas! is the only that doesn't have anything with happiness
EDIT: forgot to explain a little better: golbat evolves by happiness, Frustrations gets power if the pokémon doesn't like the trainer and return gets more power if the pokémon likes the trainer.

Piplup evolves into something that resembles its former self. The others don't, i.e. Magikarp evolving into a hydra-like creature or Remoraid evolving into an octopus.
