Once upon a time, there lived a small group of pokemon in a hidden location of the Safari Zone. No one ever came to this area, due to reports of savage pokemon ruthless enough to kill humans and pokemon alike. The pokemon obviously knew this wasn't true, since there had always been about 20 of them in that area and no one had ever gone missing.
UNTIL ONE DAY...
The pokemon heard a bloodcurdling shreik. Frightened, the grouped up and took count of who was there. To the horror of everyone, POLIWHIRL was nowhere to be found. Despite a search party's best efforts, there was no trace of Poliwhirl anywhere, nor any sign of an intruder. Then Claydol voiced their worst fear.
"It must be one of us who did this. There is no other possibility."
"But how can we tell who it is?", asked the Pikachu.
"The only way," replied Solrock, "is to vote."
