Obviously, guys, you aren't reading the whole thing. EVERY part of this riddle has some significance. Please don't make me spell it out for you...

You guys are on the right track... the word "hard" has two definitions you know...

Who would get "ticked off when he doesn't get his way"?

Is it Mankey?
Hard = strong
and
Fighting type = strong?

Author:  thekiller0703 [ Fri Aug 31, 2007 2:21 pm ]
Post subject:

Finally... mankey was the right answer. Fire type's best friend meaning that, if you choose charmander, he can help you beat the "hard perils" which are, of course, his rock type gym. He gets made easily, so...

You would think my eyes would hurt right now, staring at an object for ages. I guess my powers are derived from it, though.

The only thing I can think of would be Bagon, staring at the sky because it wants to fly. It's power means it will fly when it becomes Salamence, which is powerful to most people....

XATU!!! Staring at the sun.

P.S. 'nother too easy one.

Nosepass?
It is always looking to North, and his power is derived from magnetism.

As "Big D" said, this one was another way too easy one.

Ooo, this one hard, or really really easy.

Articuno? Obvious reasons.

Author:  thekiller0703 [ Sat Sep 01, 2007 8:20 am ]
Post subject:

S_S got it right, as the dex entry for Jumpluff says that it floats on winds and must land when it gets cold.
Sorry Dark Scyther, but I only take exact answers >.>
