Dark Scyther gets the point, even though Blissey can learn counter, it cant in GSC. #1 is false, Cressellia is a female, not genderless. #2 is true because in the Dex entry for Metagross(or if you look on wikipedia ) it says that with its four conjoined brains, it is smarter than an Alakazam.

#1 is false, as Heatran learns Lava Plume at lv 96, so it wouldnt know it at 93 #2 is partially true, Crobat learns Dark Pulse by way of tm 79. It is only true if you are referring to P/D. In RBY, there is no crobat, In GSC, RSE, and FRLG there is no tm 79 and so it is impossible for crobat to OHKO a Kadabra using Dark Pulse in these games |
