In ancient greece, wasn't the sky blue (or rather, white.) as it is today?
You see, when reffering to light rays, all of the primary ones put together -> white or clear.
However, air particles bend and refract the light, only the light that isn't absorbed is reflected. In other words, the air absorbs all but blue, thus why it appears blue. That is why I said white...

Well, yes i imagine that the sky was the same colour that it is now. However, I am refering to what THEY said the colour was (they didn't have a word for blue.)
