after they all sign up they will each be assigned an eeveelution
each contestant will have to make a poke-trainer fusion, poke-poke fusion, and sig with their assigned eeveelution
so if you were given jolteon you need to do the following
make a jolteon-trainer fusion
jolteon-other pokemon fusion
jolteon sig
winner will get a special eeveelution sig made by yours truly

i think ittl be more interesting and a better test of skill if you dont get to chose and i dont want ppl not to sign up if someone has already taken their eeveelution

For the signature, I am allowed to do a pixel-over/ scratch sprite signature. In simple terms, I have no program to make banners like yours with, and I would like to make a pixelated signature (refer to my sleeping Glacia down there in my signature if you're unclear what a scratch sprite is, and in case you don't know pixel-overs are basically when you take an existing image and turn it into a sprite.); but with text if you so wish. If not, I can whip up something not award-worthy, but okay. (The most I can do with Paint signature-wise is art on top of a background in simple terms.)
