The Power Varies on If the pokemon Likes you or not.
If the pokemon is happy then return works moreEffectively.
If the pokemon Dislikes you then Frustruation Works more Effectively
The Base for these attacks are 102
But it is affected by the Happiness factor so while being 102 base and the pokemon likes you Frustruation will still do less damage then Return.

NB

In Netbattle the factor doesnt count it automatically switches it to the move. so Return does max damage and so does Frustuation

Sometimes the damage is different but remember all damage is never steady.

Yes, I understand. But you said 'it changes it to the move'. Well if you used return then frustration, shouldn't that do different amounts of damage? Your happiness value must change in-game otherwise. That's why I think it's a glitch.

There is no happyness in NetBattle, you can have them on the same Pokemon and they both do 102 damage

Yes, of course I know there isn't, I mean it is not a true likeness of the gameboy. On the gameboy, you cannot have return and frustration on the same pokemon with 102 power. You say on Netbattle you can. So that makes it a glitch, as it is designed to be like the gba.

I understand what you're getting at. That's pretty technical but it does make a good point. :)

I don't think it's worth fixing though.

Yes Zero you are right. Its not really worth fixing...

But Umbreon one thing you must understand is that Netbattle is a Pokemon Battle Simulator not the Game Itself
